Hand Painted Mural Design

This 8-metre mural was designed and painted over three days, using a layered approach to keep the process simple and effective. The background began with bold blocks of colour for the sun and sky, with the nursery’s built-in lights cleverly incorporated into the clouds and sun to create a glowing effect. From there, layers of trees and wildlife were added, gradually building up depth and atmosphere. Final details were painted last, bringing the animals and forest setting to life while ensuring the mural remained vibrant, playful, and engaging for children.
